These terms govern access to CiteProof, the responsibilities of account holders, acceptable use of the service, and the commercial terms attached to subscriptions.

Access and acceptable use

Customers may use CiteProof to upload evidence, automate questionnaire responses, and share review outputs, provided they do not misuse the service, violate applicable law, or attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to them.

Billing and subscriptions

Paid plans renew according to the selected billing term. Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate payment details and can manage plan changes or cancellations according to the subscription terms in effect at signup.

Service availability

CiteProof works to maintain service availability and security, but no online service is completely interruption-free. These terms describe the boundaries of liability, account ownership, and use of the software platform.
